My husband and I love to eat Mexican food. We dine at our favorite Mexican restaurant almost every week. We also experiment with traditional Mexican dishes at home. A couple of years ago, my husband surprised me with a fun gift for my birthday. He bought me a kitchen tool that makes the perfect taco salad tortilla bowls. Once I shape the tortillas into bowls with my kitchen tool, I bake them in the oven until they are crispy and golden brown. Once they come out of the oven, we fill the tortilla bowls with hamburger meat, lettuce, tomatoes, shredded cheese, sour cream, and salsa.
