My husband and I love to eat Mexican food. We dine at our favorite Mexican restaurant almost every week. We also experiment with traditional Mexican dishes at home. A couple of years ago, my husband surprised me with a fun gift for my birthday. He bought me a kitchen tool that makes the perfect taco salad tortilla bowls.
